Suggestions of using mechanical watch:

4. Full spring (20-25times) once a day to ensure travel time required to the next 24hours.

In this case, I kindly suggest you to wind it up clockwise for about 20-25times before you going to the bed, so that it could keep running you get up at the next morning. )
